Under the guidance of Chef Giuseppe, the restaurant is the beating heart of Locanda Casariccio. Ours is a traditional Tuscan cuisine enriched with creative touches, where fresh pasta is homemade with free-range eggs, and the desserts are all strictly gluten-free. From our garden we bring the freshest vegetables to the table, paired with meats and cured cold cuts sourced from local, zero-kilometer supply chains.
